These workshops are designed to provide you with education and tools specific to the targeted subject. In addition, we are here to create a supportive atmosphere that allows you to learn from and connect with others that are experiencing similar issues. Here at N'Perfect Balance, we understand that not all issues require multiple therapy sessions in our office, but that a little help from time to time can go a long way.
