For non-urgent matters, we strongly recommend using the secure messaging feature within your Client Portal to communicate with your provider or our administrative team.
We require a 48-hour notice for all appointment cancellations or reschedules.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled session time will be considered late and are subject to a $75 late-cancellation fee.
Virtual sessions are conducted through our secure Telehealth platform.
If you plan to attend your session using a phone or tablet, please download the Telehealth app from your device’s app store prior to your appointment time.
We accept insurance because we believe in access to care; however, insurance benefits vary by plan and provider. If we accept your insurance, you may be subject to an out-of-pocket cost; however, this is not guaranteed for all plans. While we verify benefits prior to your first session, clients are strongly encouraged to contact their insurance provider directly to understand deductibles, coinsurance, and coverage limitations. Clients who choose not to use insurance may still receive services.
Self-pay services are offered at a flat, standard rate that does not vary by provider or location. Fee details are reviewed directly with clients prior to the start of services.
In certain circumstances, hardship-based rate adjustments or short-term discounts may be available and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
