Helpful Tips
* Client communication: All emails from the client portal will come from
‘Client Portal<yourprovider@simplepractice.com>'.
Please check your email and spam to ensure access. This includes appointment reminders. We strongly recommend the use of the chat space provided within your portal access to communicate with the team.
*Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: We require a 48-hour notice for all cancellations and reschedules. Any cancellations or reschedules made after the 48-hour window will be considered late and subject to a $75.00 late fee.
*Virtual appointments require the use of the Telehealth App. If you will be using your phone or tablet to access the session. Please visit your app store to gain access.
*We accept insurance as we believe in the power of access to care. However, not all plans are created equal. Therefore should you decide to use your insurance, we strongly encourage you to contact your insurance provider for information regarding your benefits, i.e. in-network, out-of-network, and out-of-pocket responsibility prior to starting therapy.
Session Cost
Our providers are in-network with multiple insurance plans, i.e. Aetna, Anthem (BlueCross/BlueShield), Cigna, Humana, Tricare, and United Healthcare, GA Medicaid and a few others. If we accept your insurance, the out-of-pocket cost is typically just your copay, however, this is not the case for all plans. We will check your benefits for you before your first session, but we strongly encourage you to reach out to your provider to understand your coverage details before starting services. If you are not using insurance, you can still meet with a N'Perfect Balance Provider. Prices vary by location and provider, but we don’t hide them. They are listed on each "Providers" page. In addition, a formal review of services and costs will be provided to you by your provider.
