My husband and I love working with Ms. Shana. She’s understanding, patient, nice, professional and provides us with the tools we need to move in a positive direction. We would definitely recommend her to my family and friends. ~ Client
Shana Trimble is amazing. I started counseling with her about a month and half ago. I was frustrated, sad, angry and in pain. She has been able to guide me in sorting through all of my feelings and when we talk we go to the root of the issues that arise. She has a gentle way of pushing me to self reflect and take ownership of my feelings and ultimately my life. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and not afraid to integrate humor and spirituality in our counseling sessions. I highly recommend Shana for anyone who is looking for someone thoughtful, patient, kind, down to earth, professional and skilled at what she does. I am grateful for Shana and I hope that she can touch the lives of many with her gift of mental healing. ~Client
I've tried a few different therapists before in a variety of offices, cities, and settings. I've always hopped around because I didn't feel like my real concerns were being addressed, or the scheduling process was inaccessible. I clicked with Shana immediately. She listened to the concerns I expressed initially and has helped me find some root causes of problems that I did not know I had. She is very kind and understanding but also offers advice and strategies I can implement immediately. I would recommend her to anyone! ~ Client
Shana is very responsive and understanding. She hears my issues and affirms my feelings and helps me understand where I'm at in this whole process. She has given me different skills to help my anxiety and really is interested in getting me on a positive path of recovery and acceptance. ~Client
